This local build is designed not to collect patient medical information, run advertising pixels, or use session-replay tracking.
What this website handles
Public pages provide general practice information, phone, email, and directions. This application has no patient database, online patient-form portal, or appointment-request form.
Patient information
Do not send medical histories, insurance details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information by ordinary email or through unapproved channels. Call (480) 565-8555 for help.
Maps and external links
The Contact page includes an embedded Google Map. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google Maps, which may receive technical connection data such as your IP address and browser information. External services have their own privacy practices.
Notice of Privacy Practices
The dental practice’s HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices is a separate clinical and legal document. The office must approve an updated notice and its publication path before this replacement website launches.
